Investing in branding outperforms S&P 500

Every once in a while we drop into the BrandZ website to check out the Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands – and in particular how BrandZ’s share portfolio is performing.

And what a superior investment strategy it has been – since 2006 the BrandZ Top 10 Most Powerful Brands Portfolio has grown 317% and over the same period the BrandZ Strong Brands Portfolio growing 196% – both portfolios outperforming the two leading stock market indexes the S&P 500 which grew at 128%, and the MSCI World Index which grew at 59%.
