Axiom Design Partners were engaged by Town of Claremont to initially prepare an interpretation plan and subsequently design, develop and install both external interpretive signage and internal exhibition signage to the last remaining historic boat building facility on the Swan River – namely The Boatshed.
The Boatshed is situated on the grounds on the Claremont Museum and is housed in a purpose built enclosure on the edge of Freshwater Bay.
The Boatshed was built around 1906 and is acknowledged as an important piece of Western Australia’s maritime heritage. For more information on the museum click here.
