The Sovereign Place development comprises of luxury apartments and townhouses within the East Perth Redevelopment zone.
Sovereign Place is a boutique-scale residential development by TRG Properties, comprising two buildings with 48 luxury apartments and townhouses. It is surrounded by the parks of Queens Gardens and the Swan River foreshore park and is located less than two kilometres from Perth city centre.
Sovereign Place was the first project completed as part of the East Perth Redevelopment Authority’s (EPRA) Queens Riverside Precinct.
Sovereign Place Apartments set a benchmark in Perth at that time for achieving solid environmental and social sustainable design outcomes some of which were a first for a multi-residential project in Western Australia.
Inspired by the location opposite the picturesque Queen’s Gardens and within the Queens precinct, Axiom suggested the name Sovereign Place for the new development.
We created a suite of elegant, high quality marketing and sales materials including – brochures, home plan inserts, posters, press advertising, directmail, point-of-sale display, signage and a micro website.
A concentrated pre-sale marketing strategy and an “invitation only” expression of interest launch saw almost all residences sold prior to commencement of siteworks.
Sovereign Place was a finalist in the Property Council of Australia awards for the Best Medium Density Residential Project in WA.
