The 2015 Financial Year saw Cedar Woods yet again post a record profit against the backdrop of a weakening economy in Western Australia and a burgeoning property market on the east coast of Australia. A major milestone for the year was the completion of the Williams Landing Shopping Centre in Melbourne, Victoria – highlighted on the Annual Report cover.
The dark grey background set a much more pragmatic tone for the 2015 Annual Report, the use of a subtle repeating arrow pattern represented positive forward growth for Cedar Woods and a focus on their east coast operations.
