Monument East sits on the corner of Amherst and Stack Streets, Fremantle, and is another quality residential project from the experienced team at Locus Developments.

Situated in the vibrant Knutsford Precinct and inspired by the local industrial aesthetic, the 56 residences of 3 and 4 bedroom homes have been thoughtfully designed and planned to fully embrace the convenience and community atmosphere of the locale.

Challenge

Axiom was tasked with crafting a brand that appealed to buyers with inner-city aspirations and remained distinct from its competitors. The aim was to create an identity that weaved locality and character, and in turn, deliver lasting value.

Response

Axiom worked with the Locus Development Group to build the brand Monument East. The development’s location in the heart of Fremantle, just east to Monument Hill became the driving force behind the creation of the brand – directly informing its name, visual elements and strategy. The brand strategy focused on the the offering of sustainable, urban living in the vibrant Fremantle community. This offering is communicated through the industrial textures, contemporary type, bright colour palette and incorporation of imagery Fremantle lifestyle imagery throughout the brand’s touchpoints.

Result

The realestate.com.au digital advertising and social media campaigns together with direct mail marketing collateral, drive enquiries to the project website where prospective buyers can register their interest, download sales brochure and be contacted by the sales agent.

Whilst only very recently launched, the lead generation campaign has generated significant genuine buyer enquiry and demand.
