Cambridge Mews is a small built-form development within the successful Cambridge Waters Estate in Canning Vale, Western Australia – Axiom Design Partners were commissioned to create a unique brand for the enclave but at the same time remain recognisable as a part of the overall estate.
The project consisted of design and production of marketing and advertising material including – sales brochures, home plan inserts, press advertising, direct-mail and signage.
Aimed primarily at retirees and investors in the local area, and as a testament to having a clear and focussed marketing strategy; Cambridge Mews saw all lots sold well before site works began.
